We ship worldwide. Our boots reach almost everywhere parcel force can reach. We offer free shipping regardless of the destination and the total weight of the order. The shipping status of the parcel is online traceable.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid charges made by customs, but if there is any, the recipient is the one who takes the responsibility of such charges.
Delivery times from dispatch are usually 5-7 working days. NO overnight shipping currecntly.
All boots will be delivered by the parcel force "Recorded Signed for" delivery service, which means a signature will be required from the recipient upon the boots’ arrival. (All parcels will be hold for picking up if it cannot be singed or delivered.) This service ensures you that your boots will arrive safely and directly at your position. So please provide us with detailed and correct address that can be reached by the parcel force.
P.O. Box address will not be accepted. The risk of loss would be passed to you if it is caused by the mistakes of shipping address made by you at filling out the shipping information.
We promise to spare no effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by bad weather, insufficient address info, the heavy load on postal services and customs during holidays.
Returns And Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 15 days of your receiving the boots. Boots must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.
All packages should be sent via a traceable method, such as Royal Mail "Recorded Signed for" delivery service, US Mail Delivery Confirmation. UKservice@hotmail.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Because we provide free shipping for every order, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee (including the original shipping postage and depreciation fees ) for returned order. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
Exchanges are only allowed when the boots are defective or damaged upon receipt, not as per your order or not proper size. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
